Road Asset Revaluation for Southern Mallee District Council

HDS Australia has a strong record in assisting Council’s with asset management, and is currently assisting Southern Mallee District Council with condition assessment and revaluation of road assets.

For this project we developed an asset maintenance tool that will guide Council’s infrastructure team for the short and long term, and we have recently completed inspection and condition assessment of over 1,300 km of sealed and unsealed roads, 110 km of kerb and channel, and 67 km of footpath with various surface types.

The final stage of this project will include reporting of results including provision of condition indices for each asset segment, along with provision of financial valuations, followed by a presentation to Council.
