Quality Management System Re-Certification Achieved
HDS Australia has recently been re-certified for a further three years having successfully completed our third-party quality management system audit.
The audit to ISO 9001:2015 standards was undertaken by BSI in October.
Why is this so important? Like many businesses, HDS Australia uses a quality management system to help define goals, processes and planning. The system provides our staff with checks and balances to help ensure we follow best practice principles in our daily activities. The annual external audit provides input to further system improvements, offers guidance on how we may streamline processes and provides credibility.
